Standard colours of our shelving units are blue and orange. If you need another colour, contact us and we'll inform you of any other possibilities.


Do you sell second hand products?

No, all our products are completely new, manufactured by Mecalux and then kept in stock.


Where is Mecalux UK located? Can I pick up my order?

If you wish to pick up your order and save on your shipping, let us know, we are located in Birmingham. A pick-up service is provided at our offices. If this is your preference select it when proceeding with your shipping order.


I need to purchase and design a big storage area; can Mecalux give me advice?

Most of our shelving and racking structures have accessories such as extra levels and extensions. Check the reference of your purchase and look if there is an extension available. If you can't remember or can't find an extension on our site, contact us and we'll get you a solution.


Do you offer installation services for your storage shelves and products?

Installation instructions are available on our product page, where you order the product. Please feel free to contact our experienced customer service team for any additional assistance.


I cannot find a product I saw in the catalogue?

Try to find it by using our product search, at the header section of any page in the site. Look back at your catalogue, also available online, check the reference of the product you're looking for and do a search on it. If you still can't find the product, then do not hesitate to contact us.


The dimensions of the shelving/racking I'm looking for is not offered?

How long does it take to receive an order?

For standard products you will receive your order in 48 hours. When materials are not available you will be contacted.


What are the different payment methods offered?

Can I pay without having a Paypal account?

Are deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Shetlands, and non-mainland areas possible?

Yes. Delivery charges will be quoted on a case by case basis in order to keep the cost competitive for you. When you do an order and request delivery to these areas the platform will transform it into a quote request. We wil then contact you to give you our best shipping price. What is the guarantee and returns policy?

We offer a 10-day money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please refer to our Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions section (Terms and Conditions Page). The costs of return shipping will be paid by the customer, unless it is due to lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, in which case they will be at our expense.
