Mecalux is bringing two of its most advanced warehouse automation solutions to IntraLogisteX: the AMR 1500 Pallet Conveyor and the 3D Automated Pallet Shuttle. The logistics innovation event will take place from 18 to 19 March at the NEC Birmingham. It forms part of Robotics and Automation, the UK’s largest gathering of automation and robotics solution providers.
Cutting-edge robotics solutions
Visitors to Stand 710 at IntraLogisteX 2026 will get an up-close view of the AMR 1500 Pallet Conveyor. This autonomous mobile robot features an integrated chain conveyor module capable of transporting pallets weighing up to 1,500 kg. Mecalux will also showcase its wider AMR portfolio, designed to meet a diverse range of operational requirements. Examples include the AMR 100 Box, which transports totes, bins, trays and packages, and the AMR 600 Rack, built to ferry entire shelving units to pick stations and significantly streamline order fulfilment.
Adding to the line-up is the 3D Automated Pallet Shuttle. This high-density storage system utilises autonomous multi-directional shuttles to maximise space and boost throughput. It is the ideal solution for businesses seeking to scale their storage capacity and efficiently manage high daily inflows and outflows of goods within their facilities.
Digital warehouse management
Beyond hardware, the end-to-end intralogistics solution provider will debut the latest evolution of its Easy WMS warehouse management system. Among the key enhancements is the integration of generative artificial intelligence through Easy AI. Users can communicate with the software via a conversational chat interface that processes and responds to complex queries, streamlining decision-making and driving operational efficiency in the warehouse.

On 18 March 2026, from 11:40 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Mecalux will host the conference session “Flexible Storage & Automated Systems”. The talk will explore how automation helps businesses across all sectors navigate surging demand. Experts will focus on optimising picking strategies and maintaining rigorous, real-time control over thousands of SKUs through intelligent automated systems.
